Sweety & Gregory were both married to different partners. They got into affair recently after which sweety left her husband and started living on rent with Gregory. They buried their first child on Oct 1 claiming to be married and told the cemetery folks that the child died due to health issues. Then again they went to bury the second child citing same reasons again. Suspicious, the guard informed locals who alerted the police. 

Meanwhile, the father of the kids, Shiva had also lodged police complaint about his wife and kids missing. When he reached the locality where sweety stayed, he was informed his kids had died. 

Ijoor police on Sunday arrested Sweety, 22, a domestic help, and her lover, Gregory Francis, 30, a call centre employee. Both lived behind Lakshmi Venkateshwara Temple on Jalamangala Road in Ramanagara town.

Citing primary investigations, police said Sweety's toddler son Kabila was assaulted to death, while the younger sibling, Kabilan, was strangled. The duo is still being questioned about the details of the killings.

According to police, the suspects confessed to have killed the children as they would cry and disturb them during their intimacy.

Police will now exhume the bodies of the little ones
