Japanese General Hisao Tani, orchestrator of the "Rape of Nanking"


Japanese General Hisao Tani, orchestrator of the "Rape of Nanking" is executed by a pistol in 1947. His executor was one of the only survivors from the Chinese Army's 88th Division who defended Nanking at that time. 

The Rape of Nangking was a mass murder & rape committed by the Japanese troops against the residents of Nanjing (Nangking) then the capital of China. The massacre occurred over six weeks. Japanese Army murdered 300,000, the killings was kept or destroyed shortly after the surrender of Japan in 1945
